These terms govern your use of CostFeed, operated by Falak ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. Questions: support@falakeg.com.

The service

CostFeed helps you build multi-vendor quotes and bids: applying discounts, margins, customs, and currency conversion to produce a selling price. It is a tool to assist your pricing, not a substitute for your own review.

Your account

You are responsible for your account, your organization, the members you invite, and for keeping your credentials secure. Enable two-factor authentication for added protection. Tell us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

Do not use CostFeed for anything unlawful, do not attempt to break or overload it, do not access another organization's data, and do not reverse-engineer or resell the service. Enter only data you have the right to process.

Your data

Your data is yours. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and process it so we can provide the service. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for the bids you send.

Pricing accuracy

CostFeed computes figures from the inputs you provide, the same way every time. You remain responsible for reviewing every quote before you send it. CostFeed is not financial, tax, or legal advice, and we are not a party to any bid or contract you make with your customers.

Availability

We work to keep CostFeed available and provide a status page, but the service is provided "as is" without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change or improve features over time.

Fees

Paid plans and any enterprise terms are set out separately in writing. Where no paid plan applies, the relevant features are provided free and may change.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits or lost bids, arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Termination

You may stop using CostFeed and delete your organization at any time. We may suspend or end access for a serious or repeated breach of these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
